Following a compliant process Accent Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of BDO LLP ("BDO") as auditor for the 2022/23 year end. BDO will act as auditors for all subsidiary and Group companies.

 

The appointment of BDO follows the resignation of Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") who has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

 

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to extend appreciation to Grant Thornton for its services rendered to the Company in recent years.
