Change of Auditors

TT electronics announces that it has appointed KPMG Audit Plc as auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries following a competitive tender.

A letter will be posted today to the shareholders of the Company in relation to the statutory statement received from Grant Thornton UK LLP, confirming that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors. The statutory statement is required under section 519(3) of the Companies Act 2006 and is for information only.  The Board is appreciative of the service provided by Grant Thornton UK LLP to the Company over many years.

The shareholder letter and auditors' statement are available on the Company's website www.ttelectronics.com and will shortly also be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility.
