Change of Auditors

RPS Group Plc (the 'Company') announces that it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as Auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries following a competitive tender process.

A letter will be posted to the shareholders of the Company in relation to the statutory statement received from BDO LLP in connection with their resignation as Auditors. This statement is required under section 519(3) of the Companies Act 2006 (the 'Act') and is being sent to shareholders for information only as required under section 520(2) of the Act.

The Board is appreciative of the service provided by BDO LLP to the Company over many years.

The shareholder letter and Auditors' statement will shortly be available on the Company's website www.rpsgroup.com and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
