Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems and Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announce that, after 15 years, it has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.A resolution to re-approve the appointment of Grant Thornton for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 will be put to the Company's Annual General Meeting in June 2018.

 

Nexia Smith & Williamson Audit Limited ("Nexia Smith & Williamson"), or its predecessor firms, has been the Company's auditors since 2002 and the Board would like to thank Nexia Smith & Williamson for its years of service to the Company.
