Change of Auditor

The directors of the Company announce their appointment of Moore Stephens as the Company's new auditor with effect from 12th March 2019 and, as a consequence of that appointment, they have asked Deloitte LLP of Guernsey to retire as auditor of the Company.

The appointment of Moore Stephens as auditor for the financial year to 31 March 2019 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In their letter of resignation as auditor of the Company, Deloitte LLP confirmed that in accordance with Section 273(2) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 that there were no reasons or matters connected with their resignation which they considered should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
