Change of Auditor

IMImobile, a cloud communications software and solutions provider, today announces that following a formal tender process, the Board has approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as its new auditor with immediate effect.

In accordance with the requirements of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, a letter from the Company's current auditor, Deloitte, confirming its resignation from office has been received by the Board. Deloitte has confirmed that there are no reasons or matters connected with its ceasing to hold office as auditors which it consider should be brought to the attention of the members of IMImobile.

PwC will conduct the audit of IMImobile's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2020.
