  Park Group plc ("Park" or "the Company")  Change of Auditor

 Park Group plc announces that following a competitive tender process, the Company has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the auditor to the Company with immediate effect.

KPMG Audit Plc has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors. The Directors of the Company would like to thank KPMG Audit Plc for the service provided to the Company in the past.
