Change of Auditors

As part of a cost reduction exercise, new auditors have been appointed to the Company.

Messrs Shipleys LLP, of 10 Orange Street, London WC2H 7DQ will hold the office of auditor with effect from 6th June 2011. We can now confirm that in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company have received the appropriate formal notice of resignation from UHY and take this opportunity to thank them for their past attention and service.
