CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have decided to appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditors and that they will be carrying out the audit of the Group's financial statements for the year ending 31 October 2020. The appointment follows a competitive tender process conducted by the Group's Audit Committee. Any proposal to appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP in respect of the financial year beginning 1 November 2020 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

BDO LLP have resigned as auditors to the Company and have confirmed that there are no matters connected with their resignation that they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
