Change of Auditor
The Company announces that, following the completion of a formal and competitive selection process, the Board has approved that Ernst & Young should be the statutory auditor of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2021.
Shareholder approval of the appointment of Ernst & Young as auditor will be sought at the 2021 Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2021.
The Board would like to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for its service to the Company.
