Incommunities Treasury PLC (the Company)

The Company announces that the Board has approved the appointment of BDO LLP as the Company's auditor, effective 19 December 2019.

The Company's previous auditors, RSM UK Audit LLP (RSM) confirmed its resignation with effect from 19 December 2019 and provided a statement setting out the reasons connected with RSM's ceasing to hold office which is to be brought to the attention of the members and creditors of the Company. The Company agrees with the statement provided by RSM.
