Heylo Housing Secured Bond (the "Company"), announces that, following the conclusion of a formal competitive tender process overseen by the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, the Company has decided to select KPMG as the Company's independent auditor for the financial year ending 30th September 2022. Formal appointment is expected to take place in the next 6-8 weeks pending KPMG internal approvals.

EY did not participate in the tender as the Company wanted to rotate auditors in accordance with Heylo's governance policy. EY has further stated that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of shareholders under Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

The Board of Heylo Housing Secured Bond would like to thank EY for its significant contribution and service as auditor.
