SUTTON HARBOUR HOLDINGS PLC (the "Group" or the "Company")CHANGE OF AUDITOR Sutton Harbour Holdings Plc announces that the Board has appointed Nexia Smith & Williamson LLP as auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries, with immediate effect.The Board (on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) decided that it was appropriate to put the Group audit out to competitive tender, and Nexia Smith & Williamson LLP was successful in this selection process.In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, BDO LLP has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with resignation as auditor that should be drawn to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors.
