Change of Auditor and Accounting Date Change

Arrow Global Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") has resigned as the Company's auditor and that KPMG LLP has been appointed as the Company's auditor for the year ending 31 December 2014, in each case with immediate effect.

The change of auditor follows a recommendation by the Audit Committee to the Board based on a comprehensive and thorough competitive tender. The reasons for the tender of the audit contract are set out in the Audit and Risk Committee Report contained in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 ("Annual Report").

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the Company has received from Deloitte a statement of the circumstances connected with its resignation (the "Statement"). The Statement records that Deloitte resigned as auditor of the Company because it was unsuccessful in the tender of the audit contract and confirms that there are no other circumstances in connection with its resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or creditors. The Company will send a copy of the Statement to every person who is entitled to be sent a copy of the Company's accounts.

Deloitte has been the Group's auditor since 2009 and the Board would like to thank Deloitte for its contribution.

Separately, in accordance with LR 9.6.20, the Company announces that it has shortened its Accounting Reference Period to end on 31 December 2013 rather than 31 December 2014 so that this is consistent with the Annual Report. The Annual Report was approved by the Board on 4 March 2014, published on 17 April 2014 and received and considered by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2014.

This change will have no effect on the Company's financial reporting calendar.
