Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 December 2016 regarding a change of auditor of the Company, the Company confirms that in accordance with section 520(2), Companies Act 2006, a copy of the statement deposited with the Company by Ernst & Young LLP (EY) pursuant to section 519(1), Companies Act 2006, of the circumstances connected with EY ceasing to hold office as auditor of the Company, is today being sent to all shareholders.

In compliance with UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company announces that the following document, together with a covering letter to shareholders from the Company, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM :

- Letter from EY including a statement of circumstances connected with EY ceasing to hold office as auditor.
