Change of Auditor

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("the Company") Change of Auditor In accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a letter has todaybeen posted to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation tothe statutory statement received from Ernst & Young LLP in connection with itsresignation as the Company's auditor. The resignation follows the Company'scompetitive process for the selection of an audit firm and the decision toappoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditor. Grant Thornton UK LLP will beproposed for re-appointment as auditor to the Company at the next AnnualGeneral Meeting.
