(the "Company") was originally scheduled by the Board ofthe Company to be held at the function room of 5/F, Intercontinental Hotel, No.11 Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the People's Republic of China(the "PRC"), at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 11 June 2010 (For details, please refer tothe Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting dated 26 April 2010 and theSupplemental Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting dated 25 May 2010published on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (www.hkex.com.hk),the Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn) and the Company (www.dtpower.com).As a result of hotel arrangement, the venue of the AGM is now changed to SummerRoom, 2/F, Westin Beijing Hotel, 9 Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing,PRC.
