Berkeley Mineral Resources Plc, the AIM listed resource company, informs its shareholders the venue for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday 17th December 2010 has been changed to:

Albemarle Suite

Grosvenor House Hotel

Park Lane

London W1K 7TN

The AGM will start at 11.30am instead of the published time of 11.00am.

The reason for the change is to accommodate the number of shareholders expected to attend.
