LONDON, Friday 25 October 2013 - Avanti Communications Group PLC (AIM: AVN), advises that the venue for the Annual General Meeting has been changed.

The meeting on Thursday 14 November 2013 at 0900 will now be held at:

Avanti advises that shareholders will need to register no later than 48 hours in advance to be admitted to the meeting. A registration card was sent with the Annual Report and Accounts which should be completed and returned to the Company Secretary. If shareholders did not receive the Annual Report, they can request a registration card by emailing the Company Secretary with proof of share ownership at [email protected].
