Jelf Group PLC15 March 2007 IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Jelf Group plc Change of AGM Date Due to a delay in the posting to shareholders of the Report and Accounts for theyear ended 30 September 2006, the directors of Jelf Group plc have decided tocancel the annual general meeting of the Company convened for Tuesday 20th March2007 in order to allow shareholders the requisite period to consider the Reportand Accounts. A new annual general meeting of the Company has been convened andwill be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 17 April 2007 at The Hilton Bristol Hotel,Woodlands Lane, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4JF.
