Further to the announcement of the Preliminary Results on 6 March 2014, the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will now be held on 23 April 2014 at 2.30pm. The venue remains the offices of Baker & McKenzie LLP, 100 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6JA.
