Appointment of Nominated Adviser, Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker

 

Mwana Africa Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Cantor Fitzgerald Europe ("Cantor Fitzgerald") as its Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker with immediate effect.

 

The Executive Chairman of Mwana, Mr Yat Hoi Ning, announcing the appointment, thanked Peel Hunt LLP for their services to the Company over the past two years, and for their support in ensuring a smooth transition during the handover period.
