Zotefoams plc, which manufactures and sells high-performance foams, today announces that it has appointed Investec Bank plc as Sole Financial Adviser and Joint Broker and Charles Stanley Securities as Joint Broker with immediate effect.
The Company also confirms that it intends to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday, 5 March 2013.
