Change of Advisers and Pre-Close Trading Update

The Board of Be Heard Group plc ("Company" or, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Cairn Financial Advisers as Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD"). Additionally, the Group confirms Dowgate as sole Broker to the Company.

Commenting on the announcement, Non-Executive Chairman, David Morrison, stated:

"The appointment of Cairn as NOMAD and Dowgate as sole Broker to the Group is both timely and appropriate given both the size of the business and its current institutional shareholder base. The Board and I look forward to working with our newly appointed advisers whose role it will be to help guide the business as it continues to evolve and develop its ever more compelling proposition.
