Cyan Holdings plc, the AIM listed integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, is pleased to announce that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe ("Cantor Fitzgerald") has been appointed as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.
