Falanx Group Limited ("Falanx" or the "Company") the AIM listed provider of Cyber Security and Strategic Intelligence services is pleased to announce that Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") has been appointed as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect. The board believes that Stifel's dedicated cyber security expertise, transatlantic presence and full investment bank capability will support Falanx in the next phase of its growth.
Both of Falanx's divisions experienced strong organic revenue growth in the third quarter of the year to 31 March 2019. Following the institutional fundraising in November 2018, the Company's cash balances remain strong and are able to support its next phase of growth.
