Change of Broker
Infrastructure India plc, an AIM listed infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Investec Bank plc as financial adviser and joint broker with immediate effect and advises that Westhouse Securities Limited and Macquarie Capital (Europe) Ltd have resigned as brokers for the Company. Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited is to continue in its role as nominated adviser and joint broker to the Company.
