Resignation of Adviser The Company was notified on 17 November 2008 of the resignation of Arbuthnot Securities Limited as nominated adviser and broker to the Company, with immediate effect. In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by the Company by 7.00 a.m. on 18 December 2008, the listing of the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled at that time.
