Seymour Pierce Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to Prime Focus London plc ("the Company") with immediate effect. The independent directors of the Company are in discussions with other NOMAD's to take on the role. The Company's shares will remain suspended until such time as it has appointed a new NOMAD and published its audited accounts for the period ending March 2010.
