Appointment of Nominated Adviser
The Company announces that following the announcement of 02 November 2009 Charles Stanley Securities has today been appointed as Nominated Adviser, for the purposes of the AIM Rules, to ASG with immediate effect. As a result the Company's shares will not be cancelled from trading on AIM on 03 December 2009.
The Company's shares will remain suspended until further notice.
The Board intends to update shareholders with further developments shortly including details of a proposed Investing Policy.
