Sinclair IS Pharma plc (AIM:SPH.L) (the "Company"), the international specialty pharma company, announces that following the completion of the transfer of the corporate broking business of RBS Hoare Govett Limited to Jefferies International Limited, Jefferies International Limited's corporate broking division will now be known as Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited. Accordingly, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Corporate Broker will be known as Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited.
