Zenergy Power plc (`Zenergy' or the `Group') Change of Adviser

Zenergy Power plc (AIM: ZEN.L), the specialist manufacturer and developer of commercial applications for high-temperature superconductive (`HTS') materials, is pleased to announce that Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited (`Panmure Gordon') has been appointed as nominated adviser (NOMAD) to the Group with immediate effect.

In addition, Zenergy have appointed Panmure Gordon and Mirabaud Securities Limited as joint brokers to the Group.
