Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Adventis announces that its Joint Administrators, Kirstie Provan and Mark Fry of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, have re-appointed Westhouse Securities Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. The suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25p each will remain in place until the Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 have been published and sent to shareholders and the Company's financial position has been fully clarified.
