Change of Adviser

APC Technology Group PLC (AIM: APC), which provides the design, specification and distribution of specialist electronic products, component and systems, announces the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as sole Broker, with immediate effect. This follows the acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited by Shore Capital Markets Limited.

Director's disclosure

The Company makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Anthony Lochery, non-executive chairman of the Company:

Until June 2013, he was a director of F2007 Oldco Ltd. In January 2014 a winding up order was made against the company and there was a shortfall to creditors.

Newark Finance Limited and Newark Group Limited appointed administrators in February 2008 whilst Tony Lochery was a director and there was a shortfall to creditors.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
