Change of adviser and notice of preliminary results
The Board of Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of WH Ireland Limited as its nominated adviser and broker.
In addition, the Board anticipates that the preliminary results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2011 will be announced in the week commencing 23 April 2012.
