Appointment of Nomad and Broker, Notification of results and Proposed Name Change

SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The Group is also announcing that it intends to release its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on Tuesday 22 March at 7.00 am, which will be followed by an investor webinar at 10.00 am. For further information and to register, please go to: www.cloudcall.com/events.

It is also intended that the Company's 2015 Report and Accounts will be published on Tuesday 22 March.

In addition, the Group is proposing to table a special resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to seek shareholder approval for a change to the Company's name from SYNETY Group plc to CloudCall Group plc. Having considered the Group's market positioning and brand awareness, the Board believe that aligning the Group's name with the name and nature of its core offering will improve brand awareness and facilitate much greater marketing effectiveness.

The AGM will take place on Monday 23 May at 11.00 am and will be held at the Company's offices, 1 Colton Square, Leicester LE1 1QH.
