Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces the appointment of finnCap Ltd as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 July 2016 in relation to its Notice of Results, the Company confirms that the analyst briefing on 20 September 2016 will now be held at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2N 1JJ; the time of the briefing remains unchanged at 10:30am. Analysts wishing to attend should email [email protected].

The publication time of the Company's Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 remains unchanged at 7.00am, 20 September 2016.

Retail Investor Meeting
