Change of Adviser
Board Appointment
The Board of Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN.L), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, announces that it has appointed Arbuthnot Securities Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser, with immediate effect.
Further, the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Adam Richard Wilson who will join the Board as a Non Executive Director with immediate effect. Adam, aged 39, has a highly successful track record in senior executive roles in financial services both in the UK and internationally. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management and qualified as a barrister before joining NM Rothschild in 1994 as a graduate trainee. He subsequently moved to LCF Rothschild, specialising in equity derivative and structured product sales. In 1997 he joined Teather and Greenwood where he became Head of Derivatives before joining Hichens, Harrison in 2003. He was appointed Managing Director, and later Chief Executive Officer, of Hichens, Harrison in October 2004 (now Religare Hichens, Harrison plc). Adam is an associate member of the Institute of Investment Manager and Research and a member of the Securities Institute, as well as being a certified FFAS financial analyst. Adam is also on the Board of AIM-listed Atlantic Coal PLC.
