Mountfield, the AIM listed construction company specialising in building and refurbishing data centres, announces the appointment, with immediate effect, of WH Ireland Limited as its nominated adviser and broker.

In addition, the Board anticipates that the preliminary results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011 will be announced in the week commencing 25 June 2012.
