North River Resources plc, the AIM listed southern African multi-commodity resource company, announces the appointment of Strand Hanson Limited ('Strand Hanson') as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect.

North River Managing Director David Steinepreis, said, "We are delighted to have appointed Strand Hanson as the Company's Nominated Adviser and look forward to working with them as we seek to enhance shareholder value."
