Appointment of New Broker and Registrar

The Company is pleased to announce two new appointments in conjunction with its proposed listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The Company is finalising the technical report on its properties under National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian securities regulators and working towards completion of its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of this year.

Canaccord Genuity Limited has been appointed with immediate effect as the Company's Joint Broker.

Computershare has be appointed as the Company's registrar in Jersey, with a branch register in Canada with effect from 1 November 2010

Eric Kohn TD, the Company's Executive Chairman commented, "I believe the addition of Canaccord Genuity Limited as joint broker will bring added value and expertise to the Company. The appointment of Computershare with a Branch Register in Canada is a necessary step for the proposed listing on the TSX"
