Change of Adviser
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company offering its investors direct exposure to Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale formation and other unconventional resources, announces the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as Joint Broker, with immediate effect. This follows the acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited by Shore Capital Markets Limited.
Director's disclosure
The Company makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies
Sir Michael Rake, Chairman of the Company, was, at the time of publication of the re-admission document dated 24 July 2017, a director of Open Britain Ltd and World Business Organisation Ltd (International Chamber of Commerce) and he had been in the previous five years a director of The Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation; these directorships were omitted from the re-admission document.
John Bentley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had been in the five years prior to the publication of the re-admission document dated 24 July 2017, a director of Balmuir Estates Farming Ltd and Simbo Petroleum Ltd; these previous directorships were omitted from the re-admission document.
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
