Change of Administrator and Registered Office

The Directors of the Company announce that with effect from 2nd April 2013, the business of Isle of Man Financial Trust Limited (the Company's Administrator), was acquired by Boston Limited.

As such, the Directors announce a change in Administrator to Boston Limited and in the registered office of the Company to 2nd Floor, Belgravia House, 34-44 Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AE, effective immediately.
