The Board of the Company announces that, with effect from 4 January 2018, it has appointed Maitland Administration (Guernsey) Limited as the Administrator of the Fund and to provide company secretarial services.
The Company is moving its registered office and place of business to 3rd Floor, 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD, Channel Islands with effect from 4 January 2018.
