CHANGE OF AUSTRALIAN REGISTERED ADDRESS

Thor Mining PLC ("the Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, today advises that it has moved its Australian registered office to Adelaide along with its three wholly owned subsidiaries, Molyhil Mining Pty Ltd, Hatches Creek Pty Ltd and Hale Energy Ltd.

In the meantime Thor has moved its Perth based operations team into a smaller office as a means of conserving cash. It is envisaged that the operational functions of this office will migrate to the Adelaide office in early 2009.
