Change of Accounting Year End

Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company") the health and community care property partner announces that it intends to change its year end from 30th April to 30th June.

The Company announced on 15th December 2017 that it had entered into a joint venture, Morgan Ashley Care Developments LLP ("Morgan Ashley") with Morgan Sindall plc. Morgan Ashley has a 31st December financial year end. The change to a 30th June year end for the Company aligns reporting with the half year of Morgan Ashley.

The Company's current period will now be for fourteen months to 30th June 2019. This means that the team will be working to two statutory period ends of 31st December (interim for Ashley House and full year for Morgan Ashley) and 30th June (full year for Ashley House and interim for Morgan Ashley). The Company will provide interim accounts (six months) to 31st October 2018 and then the year end report and accounts for the fourteen month period from 1st May 2018 to 30th June 2019.

The interim results for the six months to 31st October 2018 will be released in the week commencing 28th January 2019.
