Change of accounting reference date

The Company announces that it has changed its financial year end to 31 December. The Company will therefore report on the 10 month accounting period ending 31 December 2009. The change to the accounting reference date is to bring the Company's year end in line with the calendar year.

The Group will report audited financial information for the 10 month period ended 31 December 2009, on or before 30 June 2010, and subsequently produce its half yearly report to 30 June 2010 within three months of that date, and its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2010 within six months of that date.
