("ILX" or the "Group")

ILX Group plc (AIM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training, is pleased to announce that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 March to 30 June with immediate effect.

ILX will announce unaudited interim figures for the six months ending 31 March 2013 by 30 June 2013, followed by audited Report and Accounts for the 15 months ending 30 June 2013 by 31 December 2013.
