Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 28 February to 31 December.

As a result of the change, the Company's financial year which commenced on 1 March 2015 ended on 31 December 2015 and audited annual accounts for the shortened 10 month period to 31 December 2015 will be announced and published by the end of April 2016.

The Company's unaudited interim accounts for the six month period to 30 June 2016 will be announced and published by the end of August 2016.
