Change of accounting reference date

Blenheim announces that the Board has approved a change in its accounting reference date from 30 April to 31 March. The Board believes that the revised accounting reference date is now in line with the common market practice of reporting to calendar quarter ends, and it brings Blenheim's financial year-end in line with the end of the fiscal year.

Future reporting timetable

As a result of this change, Blenheim will prepare its final audited results for the eleven month period ended 31 March 2017, which is required to be published by the end of September 2017. The Company will then prepare its half-yearly report for the six months to 30 September 2017, which is required to be released by the end of December 2017.

Thereafter, annual and interim reports will be published each year for the twelve months to 31 March and the six months to 30 September respectively.
